南京深圳装饰安装工程有限公司成立于1987年，是建设部最早一批核定为装饰施工壹级资质的大型装饰企业之一，设计资质为甲级，建筑幕墙施工为二级资质，并通过了ISO9001、ISO14001、GB/T28001质量管理、环境管理和职业健康安全管理体系的认证。2003年公司改制为有限责任公司，注册资金为1172万元。
经过十多年的发展，公司拥有各类中高级专业技术人员60余人，其中国家一级项目经理19人，二级项目经理20人，目前公司拥有固定资产为3千余万元，并拥有自主产权的办公经营用房4000余平方米。

Nanjing ShenZhen Decoration Instaliation Engineering Compang was
estabilished in September 1987. The company in the first enterprise
which was appraised sa the First Rank Enterprise of archiecture-decoratio
and construchtion by the National Ministry of Construction . The
company was evaluated to be a class A Unit for decoration and design
in 2001 . The company has ISO 9001 Quality Sytem Certificate. GB/T24001
Envronment Managemet System Certificate and GB/T28001 Health and
safety Management System Certificate as well.
In 2003, Nanjing ShenZhen Decoration Instaliation Engineering
Compang has been reformed from a state-owned enterprise to be a
limited liabilty company. It's total registered capital is $ 11,720,000
and fixed assets is around $28,000,000 . It's has a 4,000 square
meters office . There are 40 advanced technicians and 22 Natioal
First Rank Project Managers. The company has been affiliated with
some iteliectual egineering company. fire fighting-engineering company
and decoration design center.
